Welcome to Belmont Glen!

Our HOA management company, Associa, will need a copy of your settlement statement which you received at closing. They use this document to capture the formal name of the homeowner as well as to determine if the previous resident pre-paid HOA fees for the year for your property, etc. 

Your Settlement Statement was included in your paperwork when you closed on your home. This statement is typically 3-4 pages and has multiple columns showing what the buyer vs seller paid at closing. If you are uncomfortable sending the entire document that is understandable. At minimum we require a scanned document/picture of the header of the first page showing the full names and addresses of buyer and seller, along with any line items that indicate “HOA” fees paid. 

It typically takes about 5-7 business days for Associa to establish your account. They will communicate with you via email to provide your account number. Once your account number is established you will be able to register on 
TownSq. (Once registered there is a smart phone app in addition to the website). Our neighborhood uses TownSq to send out community notices, submitting ARC forms, manage your HOA account balance, etc.


Please note that all exterior home modifications require ARC approval. Please see attached document on how to submit an ARC. The board will do our best to provide timely approval on all ARC requests. Please do your part by thoroughly reading the ARC application and providing all required documentation.
